ThermoFlex is an improved acetal resin system that brings the many benefits of metal-free restorations without the pitfalls associated with acrylic. Used alone or in combination with cast metal frameworks, Thermoflex allows you to provide partial dentures that will disappear in the patient's mouth, providing esthetics and comfort.

• The Injection Process - ThermoFlex partials and appliances are injection molded using heat and pressure in a state-of-the-art processing unit. This process guarantees an extremely dense and perfect fitting appliance. Being a thermoplastic, once it is injected, the position and shape of the material will never change.
• Unsurpassed Durability - With its high abrasion resistance and excellent tensile and shock strength, ThermoFlex is a high-performance material that delivers long-lasting function. Used for clasps or metal-free partials, this material stands up to forces that could fracture conventional acrylics.
• Flex for Better Function - ThermoFlex is so flexible, it can flex around the largest of teeth, using its superior elastic memory to cling deeper into the undercut for a rigid, functional hold. This material is so flexible, that undercuts that are usually undesirable can be utilized for added retention
