Sherer pays both the incoming and outgoing shipping charges. We provide prepaid first class postage labels and boxes to send cases into the lab and return your cases via UPS or Airborne. We also provide free pick-up and delivery on a daily basis Monday - Thursday in Columbia, Charlotte, Gastonia, Statesville, Lake Norman, Greenville/Spartanburg, Salisbury, Florence, Hartsville, Wilmington, Georgetown, Charleston, Augusta, and Pee Dee, Sandhills, and Foothills regions.

If time is critical, we work with several carriers who provide overnight and second day service. Please call our toll-free number to check current charges for these express services.

If we receive a model which has been badly damaged in transit to us, we will call you to let you know we are returning the case. To avoid delays, please wrap your models carefully by placing in the center of the packing material and folding the corners over occlusal surfaces. Insure that models, impression, and other items are packed into the box so that they cannot move or rattle around.
