and for any
reason it should
fail to function
correctly, Sherer
will repair
or remake the
case within
the five-year
warranty period
at no extra
charge."
Our warranty
program has
been designed
to accomplish
several things:
- Assist
you with case
presentations.
(How many
times have
you been asked,
"How
long will
this restoration
last?"
or "Is
it guaranteed?"
- Assist you
in keeping
your restorative
and prosthetic
patients on
a regular
recall program.
To keep the
warranty valid,
the patient
must adhere
to a semi-annual
maintenance
(Px and exam)
program. The
full or partial
denture patient
must have
their appliance
relined as
recommended
by you, in
addition to
the 6 month
recall.

the patient
traffic in
your practice
by using this
program as
a recall tool.
This program
is provided
on each and
every crown
and bridge,
finished full
and partial
denture, and
implant case
at no cost to
you. Complete
details are
self explanatory
and are listed
on the warranty
slip included
with each case.
If the prosthesis
needs to be
repaired or
replaced within
the warranty
period, simply
attach the warranty
slip to the
prescription.
