Sending digital photos to the lab is a terrific way to communicate tough shades and characterizations and to give us a better view of your cases. When taking photos for shade assistance, follow these guidelines:

Get as close as possible without losing focus or blocking out light. Most digital cameras do not need flash for these type pictures - use room light. Take at least 1 photo with shade tab next to tooth (see photo). Send files in a compressed format such as JPEG (.jpg) Due to possible issues with Internet Service Providers our recommended upload method is using our custom upload tool available below. If you would like to email photos you may also send photo files as attachments to our email address.

1. Download our custom Photo Upload tool.   
2. Unzip the downloaded program and run setup.
3. Once installed, run Photo Sender and fill in the form.
4. Click the "Select Files" button and browse to and select files to be sent. (Hold Control button to select multiple files)
5. A message box will alert you when files have completed uploading.
6. Note: Depending on your upload speed, upload times will vary.
